If you have opted for full-color lips, bring your favorite lipsticks and lip liners to the appointment. We can use them as inspiration for your lip blush color.

Keep away from caffeine or alcohol for at least two days before your appointment date.

Avoid waxing or bleaching around your lips since such procedures can cause irritation and inflammation during your lip blush treatment.

Regularly exfoliate your lips with a soft toothbrush or a washcloth for a week before your treatment and keep your lips hydrated and moisturized.

If you’ve had a lip filler treatment recently, you might have to wait a few months before you can get a lip blush treatment - inform our team, and they will guide you. Make sure you let us know if you’ve had any other treatments done on or around your lips.

Aftercare and Recovery

During this time, you will need to take special care to ensure your lips heal quickly and the color lasts longer. Don’t let any hot beverages like coffee or soups touch your lips directly. Use a straw to have them instead.

Your lips will peel after the treatment; this is a natural consequence of the micro pigmentation process. Withstand the temptation to pick at your lips since it can cause the pigment to fade, or worse, lead to an infection.

Avoid exposing them to direct and prolonged sunlight and steer clear of tanning beds for at least a month to prevent irritation and inflammation.

You can go back to using lip products like lipsticks and lip glosses ten days after your treatment.
